1. Our Commitment

Only content the operator has the rights to distribute appears on MEMETIK. Uploaders and suppliers must confirm they own or are licensed to share each file.

2. Uploader Responsibilities

If you supply content to MEMETIK, you confirm you own the rights or have a licence, that the content is lawful, and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy.

3. Prohibited Content

We do not allow content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit where not permitted, or that promotes violence or fraud.

4. Reporting Infringement

To report copyrighted or unlawful content, email support@spaincityevo.com with: your contact details, a description and link to the material, proof of ownership or authorisation, and a statement that the report is accurate.

5. Takedown Process

On a valid report we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material promptly. We may request further information to verify the claim.

6. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty that the removal was mistaken.

7. Repeat Infringers

Accounts or suppliers that repeatedly post infringing or prohibited content will be suspended or removed.
