1. Information We Collect

MEMETIK is a digital vending machine for stickers, memes, voice clips, sound effects, and bundles. To serve you we collect only what is necessary:

• Contact & payment identity: your phone number, used to send an M-Pesa STK push and to match your payment to your order.
• Transaction data: amount, currency (KES), payment method, transaction reference, and status.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs used for security and debugging.
• Content you provide: preview images or product files you upload if you operate or supply content to MEMETIK.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to process M-Pesa payments, deliver your purchased downloads, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal and tax obligations in Kenya, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Payments & M-Pesa

Payments are processed through M-Pesa (Safaricom Daraja or PayHero). We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN or mobile-money credentials. A prompt is sent to the phone number you provide, and the transaction reference links the payment to your download.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

MEMETIK uses a minimal set of cookies: a secure session cookie for administrators and a CSRF cookie to protect forms. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the storefront.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with payment processors (to complete your purchase), our hosting provider (Railway), and authorities where required by Kenyan law. We do not share data for marketing.

6. Data Retention

We retain transaction records for the period required by Kenyan tax and consumer law, and delete or anonymise other personal data when it is no longer needed.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@spaincityevo.com. Some records must be retained for legal reasons and will be limited rather than erased where required.

8. Children

MEMETIK is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

9. Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS. Secrets are hashed, downloads require single-use entitlement tokens, and administrative access is protected by multiple secret factors.
