1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing MEMETIK you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About MEMETIK

MEMETIK is a digital vending machine: you pay a small amount (in KES) and receive a digital download. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

3. Purchases & Pricing

All prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Prices and availability may change. Applicable taxes, if any, are included at checkout. Payments are completed through M-Pesa.

4. Delivery & Fulfilment

Once your M-Pesa payment is confirmed, you receive a secure, single-use download entitlement. Download links are time-limited for your protection. Ensure the phone number you provide matches the one that pays.

5. Licence to Use

Buying a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded file for your own enjoyment. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the files unless expressly stated.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing downloaded files.
• Using MEMETIK for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
• Attempting to bypass payments, entitlements, or security controls.

7. Intellectual Property

All content remains the property of MEMETIK or its creators. You receive a usage licence, not ownership of the underlying rights. Trademarks and brand assets are not licensed to you.

8. Payments & Chargebacks

M-Pesa payments are final once confirmed. Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes may result in loss of access. Fraudulent transactions will be reported.

9. Limitation of Liability

MEMETIK is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
